How far in advance should I book?

For airport transfers, 24 hours in advance is ideal. For multi-day journeys, we recommend booking at least 3–5 days ahead to ensure availability and time to plan your itinerary together.
What if my flight is delayed?

No stress, we track your flight in real time. If it's delayed, we adjust automatically. You won't be charged extra for flight delays.
Are your vehicles insured?

Yes, all our vehicles carry full insurance coverage and are regularly inspected. Dann is a certified business operating fully within Costa Rican regulations.
Can you accommodate large groups?

Absolutely, for groups of 50+ passengers we have coach bus options available. Just mention your group size when you reach out and we'll confirm availability.
Do you travel to Panama or Nicaragua?
